With decades of coaching and training athletes of all ages and ability levels, Rick has a passion for inspiring and motivating his clients to lead a fit and healthy lifestyle. He has a Bachelor of Science in Health Education, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
A multiple-sport athlete in high school, Rick has been one of the top age group runners in the state for over 30 years. He has competed in distances from 5k to marathons. After retiring from a 30-year coaching career as a high school basketball, cross country, and track coach, Rick has found a new passion for personal training.
